Our Founder
FounderMrinal Mehta
Founder, Rtam Yoga · Yoga Acharya (RYT 300)
Mrinal Mehta is a certified Yoga Acharya whose teaching is rooted in the authentic traditions of Sivananda Yoga Vedanta. Her journey began in 2019 at the TVM Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantri Centre, where she earned her RYT 200, followed by her Yoga Acharya (RYT 300) at the Sivananda Meenakshi Ashram in 2021. With a deep belief that yoga is a lifelong Sadhana, she has dedicated herself to the study of anatomy, diverse yogic styles, and Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. At Rtam Yoga, her mission is to translate her practice into accessible health and wisdom, helping every student make yoga a transformative part of daily life.

Arthi Singh
RYT 200, Yoga Alliance
Arthikumari R is a certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher trained in the traditional teaching approach from Mysuru, India. She is well-versed in teaching methodology, asana, pranayama, anatomy, yoga philosophy, kriyas, and meditation. Alongside Ashtanga, she also teaches Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga — offering a balanced practice that supports both physical strength and overall well-being. She believes yoga extends far beyond the mat, approaching it as a way of living with awareness and balance in everyday life.

Kirti Tolia
Masters in Physiotherapy (Orthopedics)
Kirti Tolia brings 18 years of clinical physiotherapy experience to her therapeutic yoga sessions at Rtam Yoga. After completing her undergraduate training at KG College of Physiotherapy, she worked at Ganga Hospital's trauma centre and later pursued her Masters in Orthopaedic Physiotherapy from Cheran College. She went on to run an independent practice at Physio Plus in Chennai for eight years before bringing her expertise to Coimbatore. Her sessions are ideal for students recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions, combining evidence-based rehabilitation with the healing principles of yoga.

Chrysolin Gracy
7+ Years Experience
Chrysolin brings grace, strength and a sense of joy to every Aerial Yoga session. She completed her Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at the Adiyar Yoga Institute, Coimbatore in 2018 and further trained in aerial silk hammock and hoop at Bangalore and Goa. With 50+ workshops conducted across Coimbatore, Pondicherry, Bangalore and Chennai, her patient and encouraging approach makes every student feel at ease — whether stepping into a hammock for the first time or deepening an existing aerial practice.

Nivedha
8+ Years Experience
Nivedha is a national award-winning yoga practitioner and world record holder whose passion for sharing yoga with young minds sets her apart. Holding a formal Yoga Degree in Yoga of Human Excellence, she specialises in Kids Yoga and Parent & Child sessions — creating a space where families learn, breathe, and grow together. Her classes are full of energy, creativity, and the kind of quiet focus that children carry long after they leave the mat.
